Event Details & Booking Terms

Booking & Confirmation
To secure your event, we require a 50% deposit. This confirms your date and ensures everything is set for your special day. The remaining balance is due upon completion. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please ensure the full amount is cleared by the event day. We also accept card or cash payments on the day.

Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, cancellations made before the three-week deadline will be eligible for a 50% refund of your deposit. However, cancellations within three weeks of the event are non-refundable.

Dietary Requirements & Menu
Please finalise your menu selections 14 days prior to your event. We happily cater to dietary needs with advanced notice, but last-minute changes may not be possible. While we take precautions for dietary requests, we cannot guarantee allergy-free meals.

Setup Requirements
For events of less than 50 people, we’ll need a 2m x 1.5m space for cooking, along with water access. For larger events, a 3x3m space is required. Please also provide a parking space for unloading. We’ll work with you to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Payment Terms
We offer flexible payment options—bank transfer, cash, or card—just make sure all payments are completed by the event day. If you choose bank transfer, please ensure it is processed and cleared before the event.

Additional Staff and Travel
If your event requires extra staff, additional labour fees will apply. For events over an hour away, a travel surcharge may apply and will be discussed during booking.
